By accessing or using Scribble Scrabble, a product of Learn With Love ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Ownership and Rights

• All drawings and creative works made using Scribble Scrabble belong to their creators
• Users retain full rights to download, modify, or delete their content
• By using Scribble Scrabble, you confirm that you have the right to create and store any content using our tools

3. Content Guidelines

As Scribble Scrabble is designed for children, all content must be:

• Family-friendly
• Appropriate for all ages
• Free from offensive or inappropriate material

4. Privacy and Data Collection

We take your privacy seriously. Scribble Scrabble is designed to collect as little data as possible.

• We do not collect or store any personal information
• All drawing data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage
• No drawing data is transmitted to our servers
• We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies. It collects only anonymous, aggregated usage data such as page views and performance metrics. No personal information is collected or stored.

5. Local Storage and Data Management

Scribble Scrabble utilizes browser local storage for drawing data:

• All drawings are stored locally in your browser's storage
• Storage is limited to 30 drawings, with oldest drawings being automatically removed when this limit is reached
• Drawings persist until manually deleted or browser data is cleared
• Drawings are device and browser-specific and cannot be accessed across different devices or browsers

6. Service Limitations

• Drawing data is limited to browser local storage capacity
• No cloud storage or synchronization services are provided
• Service availability depends on browser compatibility and local storage access
• We do not guarantee the persistence of drawings beyond browser storage limitations

7. Credits and Attribution

• The shooting star icon used in Scribble Scrabble's branding includes elements adapted from Twemoji by Twitter/X (CC BY 4.0) and Doodle Shapes by Design Garage (CC BY 4.0), modified with custom colors and hand-drawn elements
• All other visual elements and designs are original creations for Scribble Scrabble
• Third-party libraries and frameworks are used under their respective licenses

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms as features and functionality evolve. Continued use of Scribble Scrabble after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to functionality or data handling will be communicated via service updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
